About the artist
Valentin Pujadas, also known as Dirty Pote, chose this moniker for a reason. As a child, his initial drawings were of his "potes" (French slang for "buddies"), which essentially referred to his playthings and plush toys. The addition of "Dirty" to his name was a creative touch to infuse a rock 'n' roll vibe into his persona. A significant source of inspiration for him is the movie "Toy Story," which he enjoys watching on a monthly basis.
Pujadas is an art director at an advertising firm and also works as a freelance illustrator. His expertise lies in layout and typography, which form the foundation of his creative domain. His artistic style is characterized by its vibrancy, playfulness, and dynamic energy, with a profusion of detail. His illustrations can also be found gracing the pages of books aimed at a teenage audience. One of his recent works, "Cliquer, c’est polluer," is a thought-provoking piece that educates the youth about the issue of digital pollution.
